1. Limited Warranty

HOMELOCK S.R.L ("the Company") is dedicated to providing high-quality smart lock solutions. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product
• Any tampering, opening, or disassembling of the lock's metal parts
• Break-ins or forced entry attempts

3. Tampering and Unauthorized Access

The Company shall not be held liable for any tampering, opening, or disassembling of the lock's metal parts . Users are strictly advised against attempting to modify or tamper with the lock's components, as such actions may void the warranty and compromise the product's functionality.

4. Break-Ins and Forced Entry

The Company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from break-ins or forced entry attempts. While our smart locks are designed to enhance security, no product can guarantee absolute protection against determined intruders. Users are encouraged to complement their smart lock with additional security measures for comprehensive home protection.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The user assumes full responsibility for the selection, use, and maintenance of the product.

6. Reporting Defects and Claims

7. Governing Law

This warranty guide and liability policy are governed by the laws of ROMANIA. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
